The pump creates vacuum in the jar and the lid sucks to the jar neck.

Jars suitable for preservation with the vacuum pump
- OMNIA of the volume from 0.2 l to 0.7 l
- Twisting jars of the volume from 0.2 l to 0.7 l. It is possible to use also jars higher than the pump - filled and closed jars can be put into a big PANO jar (3.6 l), the vacuum pump will be placed on its top, and air removed by suction.
- PANO jars with diameter 103 mm (3.6 l) - the pump is conical and can be put on the jar neck.
